顾宁,南京大学教授、博士生导师、中国科学院院士、中国医学科学院学部委员。教育部“长江学者”特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、第七届“全国优秀科技工作者”。中国微米纳米技术学会会士、美国医学与生物工程院会士(AIMBE Fellow)。主要从事生物医学纳米材料研究,发表学术论文六百余篇,正面他引万余次,编著四部,授权发明专利百余件,提出或参与制定多个国家标准。获国家自然科学二等奖、国家科技进步二等奖、教育部高等学校自然科学一等奖、江苏省科学技术一等奖、第46届“日内瓦国际发明展”特许金奖等科技奖项。 长期从事纳米医学材料研究,在国际上率先提出以铁基纳米材料和磷脂分子为两大基础材料,构建以磁性微泡为代表的诊疗一体化材料体系及相关医学影像新方法、新仪器;发明磁致内热法、液相中微纳颗粒磁矩图像法测量等新方法与相关仪器装备,发现铁基纳米材料的双酶与多酶效应并阐明机制,研制并获批医用纳米氧化铁弛豫率国家标准物质和类酶活性测定的国家标准;研发出高性能医用磁性微纳材料,已广泛应用于核酸转染与蛋白分离、化学发光检测等新品研发与临床诊断;研发的多聚糖超顺磁氧化铁静脉注射液,临床研究除补铁治疗外可用于磁共振影像增强,为磁共振新一代对比剂-铁基对比剂的应用与发展奠定基础;创新合成磷脂制备与递药技术,研制出高纯合成磷脂获国药审中心备案,支撑建成中国国内唯一可生产并提供合成磷脂的企业,磷脂材料已用于国内外众多研究机构与药企的高端制剂研发。 |
